Foresight eyes Aim floats for three tech investments

Abstract:
The third company is Oxonica, a nanotechnology company spun out of Oxford University. Oxonica has developed a fuel additive for diesel engines that is claimed to achieve a reduction in fuel consumption of between 8 and 10 per cent.
