Windsor competes with Lebanon, N.H., for technology center
Abstract:
The Windsor select board voted Tuesday to support a grant proposal by Windsor Improvement Corp. If obtained, the $25,000 state community assistance grant would pay for a study of whether the former Cone-Blanchard building could house a Department of Defense national manufacturing technology "center of excellence."
