Calif. foundation grants UNM researchers $500,000
Abstract:
University of New Mexico researchers have been awarded a $500,000 grant by the W. M. Keck Foundation to study the flow of complex fluids traveling through nano-scale channels. A majority of the grant money will be used to purchase a confocal scanning laser microscope that will serve as the centerpiece of a new Keck Nanofluidics Laboratory located in the UNM School of Engineering.
