Nanosys: The Giant Dwarf

Abstract:
Nanotechnology, or manipulating matter at the atomic level, may change everything in energy, information technology, electronics, life sciences and defense. By manipulating matter smaller than 100 nanometers, basic properties such as electrical and optical can be made fundamentally different from the properties of the same materials used in larger, traditional-scale products.
