Tegal Receives Multiple System Order for Advanced Control System

Abstract:
Tegal Corporation today announced that a leading wireless component supplier has placed a multiple system order for Advanced Control System (ACS) i901 series diode plasma etch systems. The i901 etch systems will expand this supplier's existing production capacity in gallium arsenide semiconductors, which are widely used in wireless communication products.
