Precision Optics procures $5M from rights offering

Abstract:
Precision Optics Corp. Inc. of Gardner has completed a previously announced rights offering, raising gross proceeds of $5.25 million. Precision Optics says it intends to use the net proceeds of the rights offering to expand its line of medical and industrial endoscopic products, to develop instruments for single-molecule and nanotechnology applications, and for general corporate purposes.
