Harris & Harris Group Announces Closing of Follow-on Offering

Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TINY), today announced the closing of its follow-on offering. The Company also announced that the underwriters exercised their over-allotment option in full and will purchase an additional 450,000 shares of common stock at $11.25 per share.
