NanoDynamics Acquires Remaining Interest in MetaMateria Partners

Abstract:
NanoDynamics, Inc., a leading manufacturer of superior nanomaterials, today announced the acquisition of the Company's remaining 50% interest in MetaMateria Partners LLC, an innovative developer of nanomaterial synthesis technology, and novel manufacturing and consolidation techniques. As a result, MMP, based in Columbus, Ohio, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of NanoDynamics. The acquisition of MMP will further strengthen NanoDynamics' nanomaterial manufacturing capabilities as well as expand its component and commercial product expertise.
