pSivida's placement boost

Abstract:
Shares in nanotechnology company pSivida were higher today after it announced it had raised $21 million in a share placement at a price of $1.09 cents a share. Shares in pSivida closed last night at $1.18 so the fundraising price represents a nine cent discount and its shares reacted this morning by lifting two cents to $1.20.
