Nanotechnologies, Inc. and Technanogy Materials Development Merge
Abstract:
In a move to create an exceptional world-class nanoaluminum supplier, two leaders in the nanopowder industry, Nanotechnologies, Inc., and Technanogy Materials Development have agreed to merge assets. Under the terms of the agreement, Nanotechnologies, Inc. will manage the combined resources and will continue and support the commercial activities for nano-aluminum enabled applications.
