Sematech COO looking forward to renewing UAlbany contract

Abstract:
International Sematech officials already are talking about renewing their five-year contact with the state. "It's never too early," said Betsy Weitzman, chief operating officer of Sematech, a consortium of computer-chip makers based in Austin, Texas.
