Arrowhead Research Raises Over $10,000,000 in Equity Capital

Abstract:
Arrowhead Research Corporation today announced that it has raised over $10M in additional equity capital. Arrowhead Research is a Delaware corporation whose common stock is traded in the over-the-counter market and quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "ARWR.OB". Bruce Stewart, President, stated that "this capital will allow us to expand our financing of existing and additional research projects in various aspects of nanotechnology at the California Institute of Technology and to pursue similar arrangements at other universities."
