Nanotech chip firm lands $17.5 million
Abstract:
ZettaCore, a semiconductor start-up developing molecular memory chips, said it has received $17.5 million in a second round of funding led by Silicon Valley venture capital stalwart Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The funding round, which also attracted other Silicon Valley venture capitalists as well as Stanford University, was the latest validation Denver-based ZettaCore has received in the past month.
