Making Money At The Molecular Level

Abstract:
Armonk, N.Y.-based IBM thinks that the first computing applications from nanotechnology are less than a decade away. Along with competitor Hewlett-Packard, it has acquired a number of pivotal patents involved in nanoscale engineering.
