Veeco Purchases Atomic Force Microscope Probe Technology

Abstract:
Veeco Instruments Inc. announced that it has purchased the atomic force microscope probe business of NanoDevices Incorporated, based in Santa Barbara, CA. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
