Molecular electronics measures up
Abstract:
Researchers at the US NIST and Hewlett-Packard Laboratories, US, have developed a technique for measuring the behaviour of molecular electronic devices. Two independent laboratories used the method to examine the electronic properties of a molecular-monolayer-based device and obtained almost identical results.
