Abstract:
Nanofilm, maker of industry-leading optical care products, has named two new senior sales and marketing executives: Don Tecco, Director of Optical Sales, North America, and Rex Talbott, Business Director Optical Products.
Don Tecco will lead sales efforts for Nanofilm's lens care and Defog It anti-fog treatment to the optical market, including key accounts, chains and independent practices, as well as new retail markets. He is responsible for territory development and sales force recruitment and training. Don comes to Nanofilm with more than 20 years of executive sales and business experience. His most recent position was as EVP for JG Sterling Group, a national sales organization.
"Don Tecco is a dynamic proven sales veteran with the skills and experience to spearhead Nanofilm's aggressive growth initiatives," noted Krish Rao, Nanofilm President. "His seasoned approach will be invaluable in introducing new products and programs to current and new customers."
Rex Talbott leads Nanofilm's global branding, market expansion and new product development strategies. He brings 20 years of consumer product experience to the company, including consumer health care, cosmetic and children's products. He most recently held global marketing responsibility for PURELL hand sanitizer, providing brand stewardship for both consumer and business-to-business efforts. In addition, Talbott has led product marketing efforts for Johnson and Johnson Baby Brands, Bonne Bell Cosmetics, and Summer's Eve Feminine Care brand.
