Abstract:
The 4th Nanoscience & Nanotechnology Symposium is an international symposium organized by Institut Teknologi Bandung, Materials Research Society of Indonesia (Himpunan Riset Material Indonesia), Indonesian Pure and Appllied Physics (IPAP) and Indonesian Vacuum Society (IVS).
All presented papers with extended abstract in the NNS2011 will be included in the Conference Proceedings of American Institute of Physics (AIP) and indexed in Scopus. (c) Nanoelectronics, Spintronics, Nano-magnetics, Molecular, Organic Electronics and Quantum Computing
(d) Nano-Optics, Nano-optoelectronics, Nano-Photonics, Plasmonics
(e) Computational Nanoscience & Nanotechnology (Modelling and Simulation)
(f) Nano-Manufacturing, Industry Issues, Technology Transfer, Metrology, Standards
(g) Nanotechnologies in Society, Health and the Environment

II. Location
This 4th Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Symposium is going to be held in Bali, Indonesia on 23-25 September 2011.

III. Key Dates
Abstract submission deadline: 1 May 2011
Notification of acceptance: 1 Jun 2011
Manuscript submission deadline: 15 Jul 2011
Registration and Payment Deadline: 5 Aug 2011
Conference day: 23-25 Sept 2011

IV. Presentation
- Oral presentations take place in parallel sessions and are 20 minutes in length (15 minutes for oral presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer).
- Poster displays (selected from submitted abstracts):
Displays take place in the exhibition area at specific times within the scientific program. The maximum poster size is A0 portrait (1189mm high x 841mm wide).

V. Submission and Publication
Please do online registration and submission of abstract and extended abstract (proceedings) via Online-Registration. Please click the following link to download the templates.

All submitted extended abstract (proceedings) manuscript will be reviewed to keep the standard quality of scientific contribution. The accepted manuscript will be published in Conference Proceedings of American Institute of Physics (AIP). Each participants show submit the proceedings will receive one book of the AIP Conference Proceedings about two or three months after the conference day (depend on the publication process in the AIP).

The online version of the proceeding will be published simultaneously with the print book. The printed proceedings and its online version will have the Volume number in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series, ISSN and ISBN, and will be registered at the Library of Congress. There will be AIP's Copyright.

*Participant who want with more than one paper submission for AIP Conference Journal will be charged $75 or IDR 600.000 for each additional paper.
*Conference Fees include one year of Materials Research Society of Indonesia (Himpunan Riset Material Indonesia) membership fees.
*Student rate is applicable to Students from any university. Proof of student status will be required at the time of registration.
*Additional Fees (USD 50 for overseas participant or IDR 250.000 for domestics participant) will be applied for fees received after 5 Aug, 2011)
