Tenn. universities get $20M energy research grant
Abstract:
Gov. Phil Bredesen says a consortium of 11 Tennessee public and private higher education institutions will receive a $20 million grant from the National Science Foundation for energy-related research.
The money will be distributed over five years and used to study solar power, energy storage and nanotechnology.
