Microscopic images change the way students look at photography

Abstract:
Students in Carrie Sikkink's Digital Imaging II class have begun to tackle a project not commonly seen in most classrooms.

From the comfort of their Fergus Falls school, students this week began accessing microscopic images projected by a high-powered electron microscope at Fargo's North Dakota State College of Science Nanotechnology Center.
