Editorial: Wingate joins pharmacy fight
Abstract:
The UNCG proposal, meanwhile, is compelling. It has support from the Greensboro business community and will work closely with N.C. A&T, GTCC, Moses Cone Health System, the Wake Forest University School of Medicine and other potential partners. It builds on UNCG's curriculum in the life sciences and the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering. It meets goals of the UNC Tomorrow plan to create economic development from university research. Because it leverages existing public and private resources, approval makes sense.
