Nanotechnology in the UK Food Industry Attacked

Abstract:
The House of Lords Science and Technology Committee chastised the food industry for being secretive with its lack of transparency on nanomaterial research being conducted to determine the technology's safe use in food products. It's a criticism that took the food industry and its lobbying group, The Food and Drink Federation, by surprise.
