LU to hold meet on nanotechnology
Story:
The Physics department of Lucknow University (LU) is organising a three-days conference - 2nd National Conference on Nano Material and Nanotechnology - between December 21 and 23. About 300 scientists from all over the country will be participating in the conference. The former director of IRDE, Dehradun, RN Singh, will be the chief guest of the conference. While the keynote address will be delivered by Prof KL Chopra, ex-director, IIT Kharagpur, on `nanoscience or nanotechnology: hype or hope?' the conference will be presided over by LU VC Prof MK Mishra.
