Wexler Joins Alternative Energy Advisory Firm Sunlight Planet as CEO
Abstract:
Rachael Simonoff Wexler, a leading legal advisor to businesses in alternative energy and clean technology, has become Chief Executive Officer of Sunlight Planet, LLC, a financial services firm specializing in commercial renewable energy projects.
Ms. Wexler comes to Sunlight Planet from the Los Angeles office of Goodwin Procter, where she was a partner in the Business Law Department and a member of its Corporate Practice. Ms. Wexler built a national reputation for working on complex financial and corporate transactions for businesses in the alternative energy, recycling, nanotechnology and life sciences industries. She is a frequent speaker and commentator on the business, legal and financial issues confronting the clean and nanotechnology sectors.
