"We are very excited to be working with Joe Noel and Emerging Growth Research, LLP. The firm's track record in assisting smaller sized emerging companies in public and investor relations efforts is impressive," commented Thomas K. Allen, President and CEO of Applied Nanoscience. "The next few months will be busy ones for this management team as our recently announced Asia Pacific manufacturing partnership further develops and as the execution of a product launch to non-U.S. markets for the disposable NanoFense(TM) Protective Face Mask nears. We look forward to tapping the resources of Emerging Growth Research, LLP to make these efforts a success for the Company, our partners, and our shareholders."
The NanoFense protective face mask will incorporate ANI's proprietary NanoFense technology which allows mask manufacturers to offer protection well beyond ordinary N-95 specifications. When tested as a "coating" on disposable face masks, it has been validated to be effective against a broad spectrum of virus and bacteria by multiple independent BSL-3 laboratories in the United States. ANI will be testing the NanoFense formation against H1NI, but with the mask already proven to eradicate three different influenza strains, including avian influenza, the Company expects to see similarly high efficacy.
This release may contain statements that are forward-looking. Such statements are made based upon current expectations that are subject to risk and uncertainty. ANI does not undertake to update forward-looking statements in this news release to reflect actual results of and changes in assumptions or changes and other factors affecting such forward-looking information. The actual future plans and results of the Company could differ significantly from such forward-looking statements.
