Staying on the Sunny Side
Abstract:
Our industry is not the only place where creativity abounds. In nanomaterials, for instance, Georgia Tech ordered a nanomaterial growth tool, the NanoGrowth 1000n, from Surrey NanoSystems, to produce precision carbon nanotubes and related nanomaterials at 350ºC. The lowered temperature helps researchers grow nanotubes on a range of substrates including active silicon devices and flexible substrates. NanoGrowth has both CVD and PCVD processing capability.
