Abstract:
Innosis Ecological AG, a holding company investing in enterprises which are active in the processing and extraction of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) materials and the production of pure TCM health food products, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of Heng Run Xiong Fang Nano Technology Co., Ltd., (HRXF) Fujian, China. The acquisition is subject to official approval. In the future, HRXF will be the main operating unit of Innosis Ecological AG.

HRXF is active in processing and extraction of TCM materials and the production of pure TCM health products. Apart from the manufacturing of these products, HRXF is also investing in the R&D of new nanotechnology applications for use in the production of new and more effective TCM products. Furthermore the company can pride itself with a sound capital foundation, successful health products, several patents in nanometer technology, great marketing networks and an excellent management team.

The total purchase price of HRXF, based on its Net Equity, is RMB 4.1m (equivalent to about EUR 0.45m) and will be paid after acquisition by matching future dividend profits from HRXF.
