New Protein Powder Made from Cranberry Seeds; Solvent-Free Process
Abstract:
The company foresees the powder being used in beverages such as smoothies and protein blends, as well as baked goods, bars, snacks and dietary supplements. A nanotechnology process developed by the company improves the dispersion of all its cranberry products in beverages.
The protein powder is the third Luravida cranberry product released by AHD, following an omega-3 supplement derived from cranberries and another cranberry powder high in the antioxidants known as proanthocyanidins.
