Cops rattle sabre at police science meet

Abstract:
From the latest varieties of bullet proof glass to nanotechnology and robotic bomb disposal unit, the main focus of the 38th All India Police Science Congress here in the pink city was equipping the men in khaki with state of the art gadgets and crime fighting equipments. This was even echoed in Union Home Minister, Mr Shivraj Patil's words when he stressed on the need to set up a police research and development wing on the lines of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
