Firms significantly strengthening research

Abstract:
Czech companies are boosting investment in nanotechnology, which promises great strides in the quality of various material.

The Czech Republic, a country of factories, warehouses and supermarkets, is slowly changing its face. It is turning into a nation of laboratories. With companies now able deduct science and research costs from their taxes, Czech R&D spending is rising at more than triple the EU rate.
