JW: NanoFET, Bespoke Computer, Newpeat

Abstract:
NanoFET
n. Short for nanoparticle field emission thruster, an ultra-efficient microscopic engine being funded by NASA for long- distance space travel. In theory, rockets will harness the combined power of millions of nanoFETs, like a whale propelled by plankton.
