Producing energy from water at home

Vestel started a new era enabling energy production at home. The company will start selling home type fuel cell batteries for $5,000 at the end of this year. The batteries are anticipated to lower natural gas and electricity bills by 90 percent. Similar batteries cost $51,000 in Japan

"Secondly advanced nanotechnology is used in most fuel cells. Companies such as Dupont sell a square meter of those materials for $50,000. We have not used any materials made by other companies. We are using ceramic membranes produced by our friends at Niğde University. "
