Abstract:
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCSH), (Nanochem or "The Company")
is announcing today that Alex H. Edwards III has been named interim CEO,
President and Director. Mr. Edwards is replacing Mathew Zuckerman, Ph.D.,
who will now take over as the Company's Chief Technology Officer. Further,
the Company is announcing its plan to immediately start a re-branding
initiative that will focus on the creation and delivery of Nano Enhanced
Sustainable/Renewable energy products for both the retail and wholesale
market.

TAMPA, FL | Posted on April 5th, 2007

"We are very excited to bring Mr. Edwards onto our team as the next
logical step in the development of our Company," stated Matthew Zuckerman,
NanoChem's new CTO. "He is a seasoned executive who we anticipate will lead
us through multiple new initiatives and conclude the current Solar Diesel
acquisitions which we anticipate will create extraordinary shareholder
value. The addition of Mr. Edwards allows me to focus on delivering our
NanOil(TM) motor oil that is an environmentally friendly 'Green' product
alternative to existing petroleum based oils," Mr. Zuckerman concluded.

poised for explosive growth with Nano-enhanced Green energy products and we
anticipate taking full advantage of the Company's deep stable of
intellectual property and technical staff. This will help us take a

Mr. Edwards. "The renewed focus of Dr. Zuckerman and his team on technology
along with our outstanding group of sales and marketing professionals is a

understanding of the Nano-Green Technology Value proposition," Mr. Edwards

The company is as well announcing the relocation of its corporate
offices from Seaford Delaware to Tampa, Florida and the opening of a
Nano-materials manufacturing and lab facility in San Jose, California.
