API Nanotronics buys 1553 databus provider National Hybrid in bid to boost nanotechnology capability
Abstract:
Two Long Island, N.Y.-based technology companies are combining their talents to create a force in electronic, electro-optic, and nanotechnology components for military, aerospace, and communications applications.
API Nanotronics Corp. in Hauppauge, N.Y., closed is acquisition of 1553 databus designer National Hybrid Inc. in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., Jan. 29. API bought 100 percent of National Hybrid shares for $9.75 million in cash.
