The Greater Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce's Technology Council will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Piedmont Triad Research Park, 115 S. Chestnut St. Dr. David Carroll of Wake Forest University and Dr. Steve Walsh of the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management will discuss "Nanotechnology: What Is It?
