Free pass for Hillary this time?

Abstract:
"I think the upstate economy is doing better. We're not out of the woods, but doing better." Hillary Rodham Clinton ticked off various accomplishments she's taking credit for, from helping advance nanotechnology in the Capital Region to the reinvention of military bases.
