International Conference on Miniaturized Systems

Abstract:
The conference will be held in Tokyo, Japan, from November 5 through 9, 2006. It is co-sponsored by the Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems (Japan) and the Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society. The conference will address all topics related to research on integrated micro-systems and nanotechnology for chemistry and life sciences.
