Abstract:
The InMotion Musculoskeletal Institute with Medtronic Sofamor Danek and the FedEx Institute of Technology have announced their fourth quarterly lecture. Rocky S. Tuan, chief of the Cartilage Biology and Orthopaedics Branch of the National Institute of Arthritis, will address the role of nanotechnology in the creation of new tissues and biomaterials used for bolstering the body's ability to grow new cells and repair or regenerate damaged or degenerative cartilage tissues.
