2006-2007 Jefferson Science Fellows include: Osama Awadelkarim, professor of engineering science and mechanics and associate director for the Center of Nanotechnology Education and Utilization, Pennsylvania State University. Research: electronic materials, nano/microelectronics and nano/microelectromechanical systems.
