Nanotech firms need legal strategies

Abstract:
While Oregon researchers develop the science, Oregon businesses are developing commercial applications for nanotechnology, including antimicrobial surfaces, silicon fuel cells and scientific instruments, to name a few. Successful Oregon nanobusinesses will understand, and use strategically, the laws that will affect each stage of their businesses, especially in the areas of intellectual property, environmental regulation, product liability and worker safety.
