Technion leads way in cutting-edge science and technology

Abstract:
Meiselles adds that nanotechnology ... has multiple applications in addition to smaller and faster electronics, including robotics, medicine and defense. The university recently opened Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute with a gift of $26 million from the Russell Berrie Foundation in New Jersey that was matched by the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade.
