In this relationship, Prisma will promote and sell CombiMatrix products in Taiwan, China, and various other countries and, using CombiMatrix CustomArray(TM) Synthesizers in the region, has the ability to synthesize content onto CombiMatrix CustomArrays and to sell those arrays to end customers.
