UC Irvine hires nanotechology pioneer
Abstract:
H. Kumar Wickramasinghe, 56, was lured from IBM's Almaden Research Center in San Jose after about a year of courting from UCI, which is giving him an endowed chair in the Henry Samueli School of Engineering.
