Jack Uldrich: The Washington Post reported yesterday that a “nanotechnology” product has been recalled in Germany after 77 people were treated for severe respiratory problems. At this time, it is not known whether the product in question could actually be defined as a true nanotechnology product; but, from an investors perspective, that hardly matters.
