Warming Russian relations

Abstract:
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Hungarian Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány last Tuesday said that Hungary could become a major distribution centre for Russian gas supplies to Europe during the Russian leader’s visit to Budapest. The two leaders said they fully expected trade to grow dramatically and signed a raft of agreements covering education, nanotechnology, migration and regional economic cooperation.
