Evil Military Scientists Apply Nanotechnologies to Weather Manipulation

Abstract:
India Daily causes alarm and panic with the news that "military scientists all over the world are secretly working on applying nano-technologies to weather manipulation to produce devastating effects on adversaries like never before."

(Ed.'s note: if we had a category for "hold on there partner, that 43rd shot of tequila was 42 too many" the India Daily article would fit nicely. But we don't, so this one goes in "Miscellaneous." Good catch by TNTlog.)
