Harris & Harris Group Updates Deemed Dividend Estimate

Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc.,(R) (NASDAQ:TINY) announced today updated estimates for the designated undistributed capital gain dividend (also known as a deemed dividend) declared on December 20, 2005. As of January 20, 2006, the deemed dividend is estimated to be $23,206,763 or $1.11805631 per share.
