SEMI Announces SEMICON West 2006
Abstract:
SEMI has announced the "call for innovations" for the fourth annual Technology Innovation Showcase (TIS) to be held in conjunction with SEMICON West 2006. SEMICON West 2006 and the Technology Innovation Showcase will focus on four major technical themes: emerging technologies (energy systems, MEMS, nanotechnology); materials and scaling challenges for 45 and 32 nm process nodes; e-manufacturing (AEC/APC, DFM, automation); and advanced test, assembly and packaging.
