In January 2004, Dr. Roberto Solari took up his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Medical Research Council Technology. Medical Research Council Technology (MRCT) is the exclusive technology transfer agent for the UK Medical Research Council. (The Medical Research Council is funded mainly by the UK Government, aiming to improve health by promoting all areas of medical research.)
- Dr. George A. Bekey
Dr. Bekey's research interests are in the areas of cooperative intelligent multiple robotic systems and applications of AI and robotics to medicine. From 1984 to 1989 he served as Chairman of the Computer Science Department at USC.
