Magnets Give Eyes for Seeing Inside Cells

Abstract:
A team of Korean scientists has discovered a technology to monitor the efficacy of new medicine by capitalizing on tiny magnets that are inserted into human cells.

The team, headed by Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology professor Kim Tae-kook, said Thursday that it found a way to identify molecular targets inside living cells with magnetic nano-particles.
